This is an excellent piece of property for horse lovers - with approximately 60 miles of secondary roads that make excellent horse trails. Great building site for house and barn with potential pond and pasture. No problem with well water or septic (not included).
We have recently removed about 200 small-to-moderate size alders and are in the process of removing stumps and cleaning slash. The replacement easement road shown on the map is in process.
